Role: SEN experienced Teaching assistant, full time

Location: Brierley Hill, DY5

Starting: September

Flourish Education are working alongside a 'Good' one-form entry school in the Brierley Hill area who are seeking a teaching assistant with SEN experience to join their staff team for the new academic year. The school encourages pupils to work hard, and the staff provide a supportive and caring environment for children to grow. Gospel values and Catholic virtues are at the heart of the school's ethos, so someone who would support this vision is needed.

The ideal teaching assistant would have previous experience working within a primary school class, supporting pupils with SEN needs. The teaching assistant would be required to support a small group of children in the Year 3 class starting in September. All pupils within the group have SEN needs, with EHCP plans to support their learning. There are a range of SEN needs so working with a variety of previous needs would be essential. As this is a long term and full-time position, commitment to the role and a willingness to work in a supportive and collaborative manner are imperative.
