Teacher of Art - Grimsby

Reed Education are currently working with a popular Secondary School in Grimsby to appoint a full-time Art Teacher. This specific role is set to begin September 2022 and the ideal candidate will be required to hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). This is also suitable and a great opportunity for Early Career Teachers (ECT).

The successful applicant should have strong subject knowledge as a Teacher of Art and be able to provide support to children for learning development. As a teacher of Art, you should also follow the school's policy for maintaining high standards in education and behaviour.

Job Details Include:

• Full-time role
• Grimsby (DN41) - Secondary School
• September 2022 start date
• £130 - £184 per day

Responsibilities:

• Have high expectations for student behaviour, progress, and achievement
• Provide strong subject knowledge in Art to implement high-quality teaching, learning and assessment
• Follow the school's policy for maintaining high standards in education and behaviour

Requirements:

• Hold QTS, PGCE or equivalent
• Available to ECT/NQT
• Have excellent classroom management skills
• Provide references
• Hold a right to work in the UK
• Go through an Enhanced DBS check
• Excellent pay rates
