An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Consumer Insight Analyst, working for a leading global brand based in West Sussex. This role will provide a hybrid pattern of 2 days per week in the offices; and the successful candidate will support the development of strategic initiatives leveraging internal and external customer data to build out the insight story. The insight story will underpin the ongoing business strategy.

Description

The successful Consumer Insight Analyst will be responsible for;
  • Supporting the development of strategic initiatives leveraging internal and external customer data to build out the insight story.
  • Ensuring that the optimal plans in place with agency partners.
  • Ensuring that insights are embedded and wider teams are empowered to manage their business areas
  • Framing questions we need ongoing data/results

Profile

The successful Consumer Insight Analyst will have the following expertise:
  • Experience translating data into action (applied research, marketing, consulting or related field)
  • Experience managing research agencies
  • Experience of building meaningful relationship across the business
  • Experience in extracting, interrogating and distilling data from in-house systems
