A well known professional services provider is seeking for a "Systems Engineer". This is a Permanent role and is located in West Yorkshire paying upto £30000 per annum.

You will be required to be onsite 5 days a week, potentially one day working from home.

In this role, you would help grow the business by supporting customers and the sales team with your technical ability, skills and knowledge.

To work predominantly on OEM thermal management projects for leading EV, Hybrid & Fuel Cell vehicle manufacturers.

Essential Skills:
  • Project management skills
  • Take control of engineering data in the business, establishing document control and revisions
  • Industry and / or product knowledge having worked with pumps, fans, thermodynamics, thermal systems, heat transfer, heat exchangers, flow, CFD
  • Ability to answer technical questions.
  • Create 3D CAD models of parts and assemblies
  • Create 2D drawings from the models
  • Catalogue the data from our products and devise ways to test for missing data
  • Create customer focussed solutions from our portfolio of products and services

Skills & Experience:
  • Educated to degree level in a STEM subject
  • Engineering qualifications and experience
  • Experience producing cooling system layouts and schematics
  • MATLAB experience
  • J1939 Automotive CAN bus experience
  • Strong data analysis skills
