REED Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be working with a successful client based in Kilrea and are actively recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to manage the accounts and administration processes on a daily basis.
This is a full time permanent opportunity and will be office based.
Working as part of a small but busy office, the Accounts Administrator will be responsible for the day to day administration and accounts administration and will work with both Sage Line 50 as well as Intact IQ software.
Specific duties will involve:
Liaising with customer new & existing to arrange services
Service planning, working closely with parts manager to plan out services
Working very closely with engineers to answer customer queries and expectations for repairs etc
Creating sales order, purchase orders & invoicing
Obtaining proof of deliveries and passing these onto our customers
Collecting new customer information, completing checks and uploading them onto the system
Liaising with new and existing customers for upfront payments before goods are delivered
Working closely with our accounts department to ensure funds have been received, funds cleared before goods can be delivered
Credit control, contacting existing customers to ensure accounts are kept up to date within their credit terms
Point of contact for all customer queries, via email & telephone
General admin within the office, scanning, updating spreadsheets etc
Applicants will have 1+ years accounts experience and will have the confidence to manage the purchase ledger, invoicing and credit control
Applicants will be extremely well organised and efficient and will be able to prioritise workload
Applicants will have excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with both staff at all levels and customers alike
Experience working with computerised accounting software, ideally Sage 50 software would be advantageous
