Demand Planner - Beverages

This supply chain planner will assist the Heads of Sales, Brand Managers and Operations Manager in the supply and management of all company stocks warehoused in the UK.

My client is a specialist within the alcohol & beverage sector. They have exceeded customers expectations through 2022 and now looking to expand their supply chain team. They are seeking a strong supply chain planner with excellent end-to-end supply chain experience.

Description

The Supply chain planner will assist the Heads of Sales, Brand Managers and Operations Manager in the supply and management of all company stocks warehoused in the UK. Key responsibilities include but not limited too;

• Demand Planning - daily updates to the replenishment sheet to check for accuracy of run rates or replenishment needs
• Weekly replenishment meetings with key stakeholders and directors to gain approval for Purchase Orders (POs) before sending to suppliers.
• Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Raising POs and sending them to the supplier

Profile

Reporting into the Head of operations, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience in;

• Demand planning
• Previous Experience of an ERP systems
• Demonstrable previous experience in a similar logistics environment.
• Proven analytical ability, with strong attention to detail
• The ability to adhere to strict daily routines and manage a varying workload
• Intermediate Microsoft excel knowledge
