IT Support Engineer/ MS 365 Rollout

The client is an IT managed service industry expert with many years in the IT industry and hve been trading in access of 30 years

2 engineers required to be troubleshoot users with the installation of O365 on their desktop PCs. There is step-by-step written instruction so most will be self-serving.

Based on a recent rollout there is an initial number of individuals requesting assistance within the desktop support arena, then it simmers down.

the role will be reporting to the service manager and will be closely monitored in terms of performance and delivery

The engineers will look to address the following:
  • The job is mainly supporting users who are yet to start the O365 install.

    Directly communicating to users and giving application start instruction

    Also to take users out of a group on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate would be an excellent communicator with a strong background in support of end users

This is a long term contract with many projects with new technology being implemented constantly so this is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in supporting users with the installation of operating systems with a view to working on higher end projects with more responsibilities

Based in Aston, Midlands

Rates £150 per day, based on an 8hr day. 9-5. 12 Months with a very high potential of extensions
