We have an exciting and new opportunity for a Claims Administrator to join our growing International Credit Services team based at our Offices and Distribution centre in Frating, Colchester on a 12-month FTC.
What's the role?
A new opportunity to assist our two International Credit Services teams logging, distributing and assisting in resolution of claims. We are always looking to improve processes and our customers experience and you will play a key part in achieving this.
What are we looking for?
What is important to us is that you are eager to learn, have good attention to detail, and are not afraid to ask questions. We will, of course, train you on our systems and give you all the tools you need to succeed. Other than SAP our teams work with bespoke systems that we do not expect you to have prior knowledge of.

This role will be based at our site in Frating - where free parking is available, we are currently trialling a hybrid model including home working, this will be discussed at interview.

Salary: £19,500 - £21,500, depending on how your skills and experience align with the role, plus bonus and benefits

What are we looking for?
- This role will suit someone who is team focused and self-motivated. You will be confident working individually on your own workload and hitting deadlines, whilst being part of a wider team.
- A good team player with good communication skills.
- Your attention to detail and ability to process high numbers of emails will be important, alongside a disciplined and structured approach to planning and organising your workload.
- You will possess strong IT and systems skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage but not essential.

Core responsibilities
- Acting as a gatekeeper to all claims that come into the team, prioritising and sending to the relevant team member
- Logging claims
- Reporting on claim status, providing information on number/type of claims received/time taken to resolve and root causes
- Monitoring claims to resolution to ensure within SLA
- General administrative and financial duties as required
- Resolving claims with support from the team, and using in-house systems
