Think Accountancy and Finance are working exclusively with a family business who want to offer a great opportunity to someone seeking a new role. You will work in brand new impressive offices with a chef on site preparing breakfast and lunch every day. It is a highly sociable team who have regular team BBQ's and drinks at their private outdoor kitchen and personal bar.
They are looking for a candidate who have CIS experience and this is a pre-requisite for this position due to the fast paced position.You will have 3+ years experience in a high volume invoice processing position. You will be someone who always focuses on process improvements within your role.
There is opportunity to grow in the company but initially the position will be a lot of processing of invoices and credit card expenses.
The role will report into a Finance Manager, and you will be responsible for providing accounts administration with a focus on accounts payable.
Main duties include:
- Processing invoices
- Self billing certificates and invoices
- Purchase Order related invoices
- Manually posting invoices
- Statement Reconciliations
- Working with suppliers
- Credit control and managing debtors
- Payment runs
- Client Billing
- Ensure debit balances are kept to a minimum
- Work with the commercial team to support billing of clients accordingly
Suitable candidates will have worked with CIS scheme and Sage. Personality wise you will have a friendly and welcoming approach and have outstanding customer service. If you have worked in a customer service role prior to accountancy then this will be highly desirable.
