Credit Controller (Part time)

Bromborough

18 - 19 hours

25k FTE

Company Information

You will be working for a well-known business based in Bromborough. Due to growth the business is looking for a part time credit controller reporting to the finance manager.

Main duties
  • Process receipts on a daily basis and input onto the finance system.
  • Customer account reconciliation. Using various information sources to ensure correct allocation of payments to invoices in a timely manner.
  • Reconciliation and recovery of historic transactions that remain unallocated on customer accounts.
  • Build relationships with customer contacts. Due to the sector, this is likely to be a number of individuals including finance, administrators and social workers.
  • Use the above contacts to ensure all debt is recovered/ reconciled on a timely basis.
  • Work to achieve corporate targets relating to aged debt.

Requirements

Previous experience within Credit Control

Knowledge of working within a finance department

Great communication skills

Experience with Microsoft packages

Benefits

Salary - 25k (FTE) - roughly £12700 for 18 hours

Hours - 18 to 19 hours a week

Hybrid Working - Potentially

Holiday - 25 days plus bank hols (FTE)
