The successful applicant will have a minimum of Maths & English GCSE., Studying AAT, have knowledge of excel and an attention to detail is essential.
Your new duties:
• Working as part of a Sales Ledger team of 5• Inputting residents' admissions and discharges and actioning the invoices for 19 homes, of which vary in residents from around 40-140 per home• Dealing with payment allocations• Dealing with payment via debit cards• Issuing any refunds• Checking self-funders, including contracts, purchase orders• Dealing with the care homes and family members regarding any telephone enquiries.
What you will need to succeed:
• Self-motivated• Have the ability to deal with sensitive conversations• Have a can-do attitude and be able to get stuck in with the workload to support the team and business• Sales Ledger Experience• Basic knowledge of MS processes and Excel
