RMN Deputy ManagerLocation: Mansfield, NottinghamSalary: £22.00 per hour (£40,040 per annum) + 1k welcome bonus & 5K annual bonus35 hour contractSupernumerary hours: 9.am - 5.pm or 8.am - 4.pmClinical Shifts: 7.15am - 2.30pm or 2.15pm - 9.30pmTime Recruitment are assisting a highly regarded facility that has been rated OUTSTANDING in all 5 areas with CQC; not once but twice! With a glowing report and various accolades this is a modern, innovative and specialist mental health service in Mansfield Nottingham; and we are looking for a RMN Deputy ManagerThe service provides assistance for up to 23 patients requiring nursing lead rehabilitation and therapeutic care; patients coming into the service have acute mental health needs such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders and some patients have dual diagnosis of neuro-developmental disorders or learning disabilities or may have had a forensic or substance misuse history.Your role as RMN Deputy Manager is largely supernumerary with limited clinical intervention or 1:1 care; you will be joining a highly experienced longstanding RMN service manager in the overall running of this highly successful service.As a RMN Deputy Manager you will oversee all clinical governance, ensuring the high standards of the service are maintained, regular assessment and some safe discharge alongside working with a vast MDT including a regular consultant psychiatrist.Benefits for the RMN Deputy Manager role include:* On call payment of £25 per weekday, £50 per weekend day regardless of receiving a call or being required - if required hourly rate paid and travel time also paid* Annual staff bonus of up to £5,000 - performance / attendance related* Extra bonus paid for writing training sessions and also delivery even if they are not sessions you wrote* 33 days annual leave* 20 min paid break, additional paid meal and time to eat with service user* NMC PIN reimbursed* Genuine room for progression* Opportunity for overtime if needed* Free Parking* Regular pay reviews* £1,000 welcome bonus* On site training facilitiesSo if you are a experienced RMN nurse who is NMC registered with some senior nursing/leadership experience looking for a new position then the RMN Deputy Manager role is for you; as you will work with an award winning manager, a truly OUTSTANDING team and one of the leading mental health environments in the UK.You will be endorsed for your mentorship qualification and a NVQ level 5 in leadership and management alongside joining a service of excellence.To apply for the RMN Deputy Manager role contact Sarah at Time Recruitment or apply below!
