Job Title: Salesforce Systems Training / Support Manager

Location: Hybrid working, Chiswick

Salesforce Systems Training / Support Manager role:

This is a new and exciting role as Salesforce Systems Training / Support Manager to join our BSI Team on a full-time, permanent basis based in Chiswick.

As a Salesforce Systems Training / Support Manager, you will be working with the various departments across the Knowledge solution stream to ensure the smooth day-to-day running and maintenance of our sales enablement tools that are not limited to such as LinkedIn, DocuSign, and Salesforce.

This will involve administration, uploading and maintaining data, and monitoring the systems. You will quickly gain in-depth knowledge of the systems and understand how they support BSI.

Key responsibilities as ourSalesforce Systems Training / Support Manager:
  • Assisting and supporting training for new and existing staff on Salesforce and other sales enablement platforms to a proficient standard
  • Preparing and uploading data from departments where appropriate and making sure all data is tagged correctly and utilised by the relevant department
  • Taking ownership of any Salesforce related projects in a stream or as a wider global initiative
  • Support in the administration of training systems used by the business
  • Helping identify effective solutions to issues
  • Conducting regular system checks to maintain data integrity and ensure best practice use
  • Monitoring system dashboards and emails to ensure the system is working correctly - escalating issues when necessary
  • Maintaining support and work instruction documentation relating to systems
  • Working with project teams to ensure effective testing is completed for system changes
  • Ensuring that all issues concerning any system are raised with the appropriate management and all risks identified are proactively dealt with
  • Being proactive and constructive member of the Commercial Excellence team

Skills and experience required as our Salesforce Systems Training / Support Manager:
  • Proven system administration skills, ability to form robust working procedures to ensure compliance and data integrity
  • Strong IT skills - MS Office Suite intermediate/advanced Excel use
  • Proven experience in adapting to new systems with ease
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels in the organisation
  • Good planning skills and ability to respond well to change
  • Ability to pay attention to detail
  • Proven problem-solving abilities such as the ability to act quickly, dissect the issue and provide a logical solution
  • Ability to work on own initiative to strict deadlines
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Self-starter with a "can-do" attitude
