Health and Social Care Assessor/Learning Coach

2 positions available, one for level 2/3 and one for level 5 delivery

Home based role, then managing own diary, then covering the North-West such as Chester, Crewe, Warrington

JOB ROLE
  • We are seeking a Health & social care Assessor for levels 2 and 3 or level 5 if you have that experience
  • To observe, mark and assess and review the work of the learners for level
  • As a Health & Social Care Assessor, you will be delivering training remotely to learners
  • Visiting learners face to face when needed in the North-West
  • Functional skills embedment/delivery in Maths and English
  • To support, motivate and mentor the learners
  • Using a portfolio system
  • Managing a caseload of learners
  • Attend weekly remote meetings online with team members to encourage new ideas and concepts

REQUIREMENTS ESSENTIAL FOR THE ROLE
  • Assessor qualified such as TAQA, A1, D32/D33
  • Must have assessed in Health and Social care levels 2 and 3 or level 5

SALARY AND BENEFITS
  • Fully flexible working pattern- responsibility for planning your own diary
  • Salary £27,750 to £29,750 per annum dependent upon experience
