This is an exciting opportunity for a highly capable Project Manager to join the Technology Department at Carnival UK and help deliver even better holidays for customers of our leading travel brands. You'll be passionate about shaping, mobilising governing and managing projects and will have the opportunity to work with some of our most senior stakeholders and colleagues.

The Role

We are currently recruiting a Project Manager to join the Technology Project & Programme Delivery team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and professional Project Manager to come aboard and join a team of supportive experts at a particularly exciting time.

As a Project Manager you will have responsibility for shaping, defining and delivering a coherent set of activities (within the agreed time/cost/scope constraints), to contribute to one or more or the organisation's strategic objectives.

About You

We expect you to have experience managing end to end projects that include an IT component and to be fully familiar with industry standard project management techniques and their application in a real project environment. The role requires someone who can demonstrate leadership and who is comfortable working at all levels to senior management.

Our change portfolio is complex and fast paced and you will need to demonstrate individual initiative whilst working within a matrix team environment. This includes being comfortable working with uncertainty but also focusing on the rigour of governance required for effective project delivery.

You will have strong communication and relationship building abilities in order to balance diplomacy with assertiveness and be able to work collaboratively at all levels. You will be very good at prioritising competing demands and pride yourself on being a reliable member of the team. You will also be comfortable working in a technical environment.
