Nursery School Manager

The ideal candidate would offer:

• Experience of supporting a children aged 0-5 years
• Pro-active and engaging mindset to help support both the teacher and children
• Preparing the classroom for lessons, such as setting up equipment
• Managing behaviour and engaging students with their own learning
• Working with students either one to one or in small groups out of the classroom
• Excellent Speech & Language skills to support children with Phonics

To be considered for this position you will:

• Have previous school or nursery experience
• Have a level 3 minimum Teaching Assistant Qualification or equivalent
• Be a committed professional
• Be an organised, enthusiastic proactive person
• Hold a child workforce enhanced DBS certificate which is on the update service, or be willing to apply for a new one (costs refunded back to you when you complete 20 days work)
• Have satisfactory references
• Have a CV must that covers the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any gaps in employment must be explained
• Have the legal right to work in the UK
