Accounts Assistant Your new companyHave you got previous Accounts Assistant experience and can start immediately?Our client based in central Bristol are seeking an Account Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. This role will be 2-3 months, with the potential of becoming permanent. The successful individual will be processing invoices and supporting the Finance team with any ad hoc tasks.Your new role
  • Accounts payable postings
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Invoice processing and reconciliation of aged creditors
  • Posting payroll and system journals
  • Preparing and posting month end and Journals
  • Accruals and prepayments
  • Monthly budget variance
  • Assisting with management accounts
  • Month and year end payroll returns
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Preparing year-end journals
  • Ad-hoc duties

What you'll need to succeed
  • Must be available for an immediate start
  • Previous accounts assistant experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised
