I am working with a renowned software house in East Hampshire that work with over 500 companies across the UK and Europe, including Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest and Shopify just to name a few! They work to collect reviews, manage feedback and Analyse Data for the companies they work with. They're currently looking to add a talented and enthusiastic QA Engineer to their skilled team.

We are looking for a QA Engineer with experience testing customer focussed websites, you will have experience working in an Agile environment, and have experience working with Jira & Confluence.

The role of QA Engineer is a 60:40 split between manual and automation testing within the QA team.

The development team consists of three key areas, QA, API development and UI development.

As a QA Engineer your key responsibilities will include:

- Writing end-to-end Cypress automation scripts in JavaScript

- Creating and executing accurate and detailed test plans

- Performing Regression testing / Smoke regression testing

The ideal candidate will have;

- A Degree in Computer Science or similar

- Minimum of 3 years of software testing experience

- Great experience with Web testing

- Must have worked in an Agile environment ideally Kanban & Scrum

- Strong understanding of business needs and problem-solving mindset

- Experience with API testing

To be considered you will have experience in a software testing role within the UK and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The salary on offer is up to £40k
