My nationwide client are looking for Conveyancing Technical Specialist to work on a remote basis in a non client facing role.

You will be picking up more complex technical enquiries, reports and titles. This role is perfect for someone that is an experienced conveyancer looking to take a step away from case carrying and focus on the technical side.

Day to Day tasks

Complete tasks efficiently, accurately and within specified timescales, such as:

o Task list management of the work of your allocated team

o Independently check, draft and produce computerised complex legal documentation involving freehold and leasehold titles incorporating new build /unregistered / shared ownership properties

o Comprehensively report any issues to Conveyancers within your allocated team.

o Processing and dealing with your allocated post

o Checking complex search results and mortgage documentation.

o Resolving complex and technical queries involving for example, Deeds of Trust, Deeds of Variation, Lease extensions etc.

o Replying to complex additional enquiries by email / post / telephone.

o Dealing with complicated queries from colleagues, both Onshore and Offshore,

o Be able to assess risk without putting the client or business in jeopardy.

o If called upon, to act as a locum Conveyancer and manage a high caseload of files unsupervised.

o Communicate clear and concise messages confidently on conference calls, video conferences

o Suggest improvements to current policies and procedures.

o Understand and produce accurate financial statements and be able to understand ledgers within Visual Files

oIf called upon, to act as a locum Conveyancer and manage a high caseload of files unsupervised.

oCommunicate clear and concise messages confidently on conference calls, video conferences

oWork to and maintain agreed Service Level Agreements.

oIdentifying, monitoring and achieving targets on a monthly basis by using Management Information Reports such as Legal Technical Specialist (LTS) Daily Report and Team Metrics.

oSuggest improvements to current policies and procedures.

oUnderstand and produce accurate financial statements and be able to understand ledgers within Visual Files
