Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for an experienced Client Administrator in London to join a Financial Planning firm.
Our client is a leading Wealth Management practice, with offices across the UK, specializing in supporting HNW clients. With £56 billion of assets under management, this firm are looking for an experienced administrator to join their Financial Planning/ Client Delivery team.
This role will initially be a temporary role covering maternity for 18 month FTC and will likely extend into a permanent role. As a Client Administrator you will be working directly with the Financial Advisers, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving regulatory standards.

Your role will include, but not be limited to:
- Maintaining relationships with clients and colleagues
- Point of contact for clients and new business queries
- Preparing for client meeting
- Provide business support while processing business and pipeline management
- Prepare illustrations, key features, and applications
- Co-ordinate and produce client valuations
- Maintain client records
- Cover front of house responsibilities when required

Skills and experience required:
- Experienced within a similar role
- Excellent standard of education ideally with Certificate in Financial Administration (CF1) or equivalent
- Desire to complete further qualifications
- IT proficient - Microsoft Office systems
- Good knowledge of FCA regulations
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
- Ideally Financial Administration certificate or equivalate
