Senior Planning & Environment Solicitor Our client are a law firm based in Reading. Its successful team provide quality planning and environmental advice to clients are recruiting for a Senior Planning & Environment Solicitor to join the department.The successful candidate will join an established and well reputed department, to assist with undertaking and developing the planning and environment work.You will be expected to work on a broad range of matters which include:

• residential developments
• planning appeals and enforcement appeals
• planning appraisals
• planning obligations and environmental matters including CPO and highways advice
• offering an end to end service for landowners and developers

You will have 5+ years planning law experience gained since qualification. The variety within the role will provide the challenge that you are looking for in your career as a planning and environmental lawyer. Being a market leader in this field will put you at a distinct advantage.
