Fullstack Developer - North-West - £45,000 - £65,000 OPUS is working with a quickly scaling e-commerce which has been running for 15+ years. They're scaling due to additional growth within their dev team thanks to the great range of products they provide and quality they assure. They've serviced over 1 million households in the last 5-years alone within the UK and NI and their prospects for growth are never-ending.The business has a range of applications internally from custom-builds to backend microservices and architecture. With the amount of growth positioned for the coming 2-years, they're looking for 3 Fullstack Developers to join their team on a hybrid basis (on site 2 - 4 times per month). They have backend applications in vanilla PHP and Laravel as well as frontend applications written in pure Javascript, React, HTML and CSS. You'll be working across the stack, helping to migrate some PHP products into Laravel and vice-versa with Javascript to React. You'll be adding in new features, working on Greenfield releases, working as part of a medium-size agile development team to ensure quality going forwards matches quality previously delivered.To be successful in the role, you'll need to be familiar with the following:Javascript - ES6, React (VueJs would be considered providing you're happy to move into React) - 1 year minPHP and Laravel - 1 year minHTML CSS/CSS3SQL/MySQL BDD/TDDTesting - Jest (other testing languages to be considered)Benefits:Hybrid working (2-4 days a month on site)Continued career development Autonomy - the business prides itself on its lack of Red Tape25 days annual leave + bank holidays £1,250 tech budget per role Learning and PDP Budget For more information on this opportunity, give me a ring on or email me on david.huish @
