An exciting new opportunity has arisen within LSL's Estate Agency Division finance team for a Call Handler to join our busy and energetic Credit Control & Client Accounts teams.

Supporting our Your Move & Reeds Rains estate agency brands this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to provide a first class helpdesk for extremely high volumes of incoming calls into our credit control and client accounts teams.

Your Move & Reeds Rains are two market leading names within estate agency industry with sales and lettings branches across the UK. This role will be based within our Newcastle upon Tyne Head Office and will provide a first-class service to our clients, tenants and internal stakeholders.

Key Duties & Responsibilities of a Call Handler will include:
  • To provide fast efficient call handling service for our clients, their tenants and internal stakeholders.
  • To assess needs of incoming callers and redirect callers to the correct contacts.
  • To provide fast efficient call redirection service
  • Listening carefully to the caller, paying attention to the detail and correctly inputting the information to source the contact information
  • Ability to move call through to rapid conclusion to take the next call,

Essentials Skills & Experienced Required to join the team as a Call Handler are:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Naturally approachable and easy style
  • Tenacious and robust personality
  • Good listening and communication skills
  • Ability to learn fast and articulate
  • Ability to stay calm and composed through any challenging phone calls
  • Skilled user of Microsoft Excel and Word
