IT Manager/Deputy CTO

Our client is seeking an experienced IT manager to join their digital agency in Spalding, Lincolnshire.

The Client looking for a hardworking and dedicated individual to provide internal business requirements and customer service with their clients.

• Responsibilities
• Align technological strategies with business goals
• Develop and implement technical strategies
• Lead on technical projects
• Build processes & technical solutions to improve security and disaster recovery position
• Line management of other technical staff
• Managing external IT suppliers
• Management of IT infrastructure budget
• Accountability for IT service desk
• Ongoing, hands-on technical maintenance of infrastructure services

• Technical knowledge of the following required:
• Windows 10/11
• Windows Server 2019 and 2022
• Microsoft 365 and Azure services
• Hyper-V and virtualisation principles
• Networking skills - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• SIEM solutions (Darktrace, Splunk, LogRhythm)

• Skills and Understanding:
• Management of third-party IT suppliers
• Cyber Essentials and ISO27001 implementation experience
• Knowledge of GDPR requirements
• Comfortable engaging at exec and board level
• Excellent communication with business stakeholders
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, particularly with clients
