Overview2fawcett are recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join our client based in Castle Donnington on a permanent basis. The Marketing Manager will have B2B experience and demonstratable skills across the full marketing mix. Working closely with commercial teams the Marketing Manager will provide valuable sales support strategies and drive advantage in a competitive market The Role & Responsibilities of the Marketing ManagerWorking closely with the Marketing Director, creating, and implementing a programme of strategic and tactical activity for various business units Pro-actively create a strong awareness of markets and product, monitoring of competitor activity and trade press Develop an SEO and PPC strategy Contribute to digital campaign development, monitor and report on the performance, including analysis of Google Analytics and other digital reporting tools Edit and create content and page creation for Word Press websites using CMS Work closely with the Commercial teams to identify lead generation or promotional opportunities and implementing and executing relevant campaign activity Identifying news stories and case study content and writing and delivering content, and forming relationships with trade publications to generate editorial coverage Contributing to the development of business unit profile across various social media platforms, writing and scheduling content and assisting the commercial teams in raising corporate and individual profiles Booking and managing exhibitor presence at trade shows, leading the development of concept for show presence, and project managing on the lead up to the show Copywriting for sales collateral, brochures and presentations and contributing to development of tender submissions Report on the effectiveness of lead generation and work with the Commercial teams to track progression of enquiries from initial lead to sale Champion the use of the digital asset management system with internal users, train on its use, and ensure the tagging of new photography and content

Requirements of the Marketing ManagerA well-rounded marketer, you will be educated to degree level or equivalent, and possess 5+ years' experience in a B2B environment with a strong sales focus. EssentialExperience of lead generation for B2B business including management of SEO and PPC Experience of using Wordpress website CMS Ability to multi-task, manage and prioritise the conflicting demands of internal stakeholders to meet deadlines Experience of email software packages Experience of managing budget, tracking and recording spend Experience of using CRM for lead generation and reporting - Hubspot or similar Experience of strategy development and application Experience of working with suppliers, media and publishers Experience of producing reports and presentations for internal and external audiences Confident use of social media channels for professional use A willingness to travel if required (Full Clean Driving Licence) DesirableExperience of exhibition planning and co-ordination Experience of brand positioning and development Experience of Adobe InDesign Experience of market research and competitor analysis
