Accounts Assistant & Payroll Assistant


Our client based in Swindon is currently recruiting for an Accounts & Payroll Assistant to join their team.

  • Process purchase invoices
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Logging and distributing of invoices
  • Remittance reconciliation
  • Credit Control
  • Setting up new suppliers and customers
  • Archiving for the group
  • Day to day book-keeping including preparing sales invoices, processing purchase invoices and creating journal entries for revenue recognition
  • HMRC tax and NI deductions
  • Payroll
  • Production & submission of Quarterly VAT return to HMRC

Experience Required;
  • Ideally you will have a minimum 2 years of experience in accounts and payroll
  • Relevant Qualifications in accounting

This can be either a full or part time role, dependent on experience between the hours of 8.30am-5.00pm, Monday to Friday, because of this the salary is also negotiable depending on the hours and experience.
