* VMware* MS Windows* Active DirectoryRole: 3rd Line Support TechnicianLocation: Flintshire/Cheshire (Flex remote)Salary: £30,000 - £40,000We are working with a large, well-established housing organisation who are currently looking to add a 3rd Line Support Technician to their growing IT team. The 3rd Line Support Technician will be responsible for working as part of the wider support team within the business to focus on specific project-based support work as well as reacting to technical issues at the 3rd line level. This role offer flexible remote working options out of the Flintshire based office. (3/4 days working from home)What we are looking for: * 5+ years' experience in a support capacity. * In depth knowledge of VMware, MS Windows Server. * Ability to manage and monitor SAN volumes and VMware datastores. * Experience in provisioning new VMware guests.* Previous experience with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, SCOM and other Microsoft management tools. * Good understanding of SQL Server, able to work collaboratively with the database development team on database refreshes, performance monitoring and system updates.
