Signature Recruitment has an exciting opportunity in a prestigious London University is looking for an Operations Officer on a full time, temporary basis through hybrid working schedule. This is initially a three month role to support a research team working alongside the Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience providing administrative support to a team, including creating budgets, logistics planning and basic financial experience. As well as experience in event planning. If this sounds like you then this could be an excellent step for you!

Operations Officer Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the research team through project and event management through organising conferences and workshops
  • Financial administration includes payments, invoices, raising purchase orders and financial reporting
  • Maintaining finance spreadsheets
  • Liaise with team members, partners, and external organisations
  • Updating the University social website

Operations Officer Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office including working knowledge of Excel
  • The ability to demonstrate good organisational skills
  • Event organisation experience
