We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager professional with a strong skillset in campaign management, able to hit the ground running with a delivery-focused mindset.

Client Details

The Marketing Manager will working for a truly global SaaS IT business, focusing on providing HR solution software which is heavily focused on equalising the gender pay gap within businesses - Whilst this role is remote there may be a requirement to travel to Surrey on occasion.


- Responsible for owning, driving and executing an integrated acquisition marketing approach for Xpert HR, this includes:

o Utilising the full marketing mix including, but not exclusive to email, SEO, PPC, third party, social media, events, webinars and PR

o Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns in line with the customer lifecycle

o Driving sales enablement through strong sales and marketing alignment and providing lead management guidance, and where necessary, tools, content and support to allow the sales team to sell more effectively

o Working closely with our new business team to drive the sales pipeline, growing the volume of inbound leads to support revenues

o Cross and upsell activities to XpertHR's existing customer base

- Responsible for driving customer marketing campaigns to the XpertHR customer base to increase engagement, product usage and improve overall retention rates

- Use GTM campaign results to evaluate performance, optimise campaigns and formulate a future plan

- Proactively test new and/or improved marketing campaigns within the context of the wider marketing and business strategy

- Brief and manage agencies and third party media brands on specific marketing campaigns

- You will work closely with our specialist marketers, sales team and award winning editorial team and product team to define and communicate our user proposition

- You will have a thorough understanding of buying cycle, the competitive and customer landscape, designing marketing campaigns that satisfy the requirements of our audience and deliver maximum ROI

- Develop an effective relationship with key stakeholder groups, timely communicate marketing activities and results

- Copywriting of all advertising and promotional campaigns

- Track all marketing campaigns using our analytics platform

- You will translate marketing results into sales stories for our sales team


- Proven knowledge and experience of online marketing techniques, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and display advertising

- Sales alignment and enablement experience

- Effective project management and budget management skills

- Exceptional organisational skills

- A relationship builder with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Results driven

- Strong copywriting and proof reading skills are a must have in this position

- Innovative, enthusiastic, resilient with can-do attitude, problem solver

- University degree or equivalent. Marketing qualification will be seen as a bonus

Job Offer

The Marketing Manager will receive: A Day rate paying £250-£300 per day.
