About our client

Our client is an intelligent B2B telemarketing company based in Reading, Berkshire. They've been helping businesses grow since 2001 and they are now looking to recruit a Telemarketer to join their expanding team.

Objective of role:

To undertake calls and administration to fulfil client campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• To make scripted phone calls as directed by the Telemarketing Team Leader
• To conduct administration to support calls made, for example, follow-up emails
• To read information and research provided to ensure understanding of individual projects
• To undertake training as required to maintain performance in role
• To raise problems/issues/opportunities with Telemarketing Team leader
• To provide support for telemarketing colleagues as required
• To attend monthly/weekly team meetings
• To provide administrative support for the Telemarketing team as required
• Other reasonable tasks as required by the role

Measurements of success:

• Meeting project KPIs on e.g. calls made and qualified opportunities generated depending on the individual campaign

In return:

Our client is looking to offer a basic salary of £24,000 per annum, plus other benefits including; 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) plus an additional day off for your birthday.
