Role: Marketing Manager, 12 Month FTC

Location: Remote with occasional travel to the office

Salary: Up to circa £47,500

Carbon60, a leading technical recruitment agency, focused on driving the future of engineering with a positive impact on sustainability, are seeking a Marketing Manager for a 12-month FTC maternity cover contract.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work for part of the largest staffing group in the UK, where you will own the marketing strategy for the Carbon60 brand with a focus on marketing technology, brand building and content marketing.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to.
  • Working closely with the wider marketing team to design, execute and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • To own actions around new marketing technology through a new integration rollout
  • Making sure all external communications meet brand guidelines.
  • Marketing budget owner, keeping track of spend against plan and approving supplier invoices.
  • Content planning, briefing copywriters (or writing content), proof reading, publishing, and promoting content. This will be in line with a B2B strategy and supporting the Marketing Executive on the B2C content strategy with assistance planning and quality assurance.
  • Line Management of Talent Marketing Manager & Marketing Executive
  • To advise and support on the positioning of our service lines, especially Recruitment Marketing as a service.
  • Contribute to marketing ROI Reporting
  • Regular communication and presenting to the Cabon60 MD and Senior Leadership team about progress against plans, market trends and challenges
  • Supporting across internal comms, communicating market trends and knowledge share with all of the business, supporting on inductions where required.

Essential skills / Experience required
  • Proven experience of working in a recruitment agency marketing team at a senior level
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work at pace, managing multiple projects at any time.
  • Highly creative and able to translate tactfully
  • Technology literate and able to pick up new technologies and innovations quickly
  • Research and analysis skills
