This Project Administrator role based at Cambridge Biomedical Campus for this leading pharmaceuticals group is on an initial 3 month temporary role with great prospects for longer term opportunities for Project Management work.

Client Details

Temporary Project Administrator role based at Cambridge Biomedical campus with this global pharmaceuticals company with multiple sites across Cambridgeshire. With hybrid working with 3 days in office and 2 days form home this role is an initial 3 month fixed term contract with potential to go permanent.

Description

Project Administrator Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and updating of project trackers
  • Capturing and tracking project meeting actions
  • Collecting, collating & inputting project data as requested
  • Sending out and tracking email meeting invites
  • Updating powerpoint slide decks
  • Organising project meetings and team events including liaising with facilities management teams
  • Providing support with wider project team activities
  • Additional administration duties as required

Profile

Project Administrator Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Strong administrative experience
  • Good written and spoken communication skills
  • Confidence in working with complex datasets
  • Hands on experience of working with Excel & Powerpoint
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multiskilled team
  • High touch customer service experience
  • Pro-active and self-motivated
  • Flexibility to work across Cambridgeshire sites on occasions
  • Experience of working in a complex, matrix, global organisation
