FINANCE MANAGER -NORTH NOTTINGHAM - OFFERING £55,000 - £60,000 + BENS + FLEXIBLE WORKINGAre you looking for a role where there is a clear path to becoming Financial Director in 3-4 years? Our client, a FTSE 100 Plc with Regional offices throughout, is seeking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager for one of their regions, to lead a team delivering financial information to the Group.You will receive a salary of up to £60,000 plus great benefits. On top of this bonuses will be paid of c20%.The role...

• Reporting into the Regional FD, you will be primarily responsible for all aspects of Financial reporting, management accounting, budgeting, forecasting and ensuring all Group reporting deadlines are met
• You will be required to attend Board meetings to deliver your reports
• You will develop and maintain financial policies
• Prepare the bi-annual budget and 5 Year Business Plan model
• You will be responsible for all year-end financial reporting and liaise with external auditors
• Manage a small team of finance professionals
• You will act as Finance Business Partner to other parts of the organisation

Who the Client is looking for...

• You will ideally be qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA with demonstrable experience including managing a team
• You will be able to demonstrate that you have strong analytical skills
• You will be a strong communicator with staff at all levels and be able to translate and explain key issues to non-financial staff
• Have strong excel skills
• Desire for a career and not just a job
