  • Preparing financial due diligence reports, Information Memoranda, valuation reports and financial models.
  • Analysing financial statements, management information and deal documentation for the preparation of due diligence reports and sales documents.
  • Reviewing clients' financial models, benchmarking operating assumptions to historical data and commenting on the integrity of financial models.
  • Preparation of market research to support the valuation of companies, including comparable company analysis, discounted cash flow analysis and market analysis.
  • Leading potential buyer research under sale mandates as well as target companies for acquisitive clients.
  • Project management of M&A processes. ?

  • A professional accounting qualification - ACA, ACCA or CFA Level 2 (minimum criteria)
  • Minimum of 2 years corporate finance or transaction services experience (minimum criteria)
  • Able to demonstrate a good knowledge of corporate finance transactions and related procedures
  • Client facing experience
