Role: Service Desk Specialist / Web Support Consultant (Contract)
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid/Remote Working)
Day Rate: £300 - £400 Per Day
Status: Outside IR35
My client, an award-winning brand and digital agency, are looking for a Service Desk Specialist / Web Support Consultant
to join them on a contract basis for 3-6 months, to help reshape their Helpdesk functions.Experience Required:
- In depth knowledge of managing and improving the productivity of a Helpdesk in a Digital Agency environment
- Developed and implemented process workflows and systems
- Process management of function best practices
- Web centric skill set with some familiarity of WordPress and Drupal
- ITIL Qualification
- Strong communication skills
