Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for an IFA Administrator within a sociable team as part of an exceptional Wealth Management firm.

This role would be great for developing your skillset and gaining the experience that is a vital foundation for a progressing into a Financial Services career.

The role includes:
  • Working with Paraplanners and Advisers to support all aspects of the advice process
  • Building a professional working relationship with your allocated Adviser
  • Following workflows and processes showing regard to compliance
  • Updating client management systems to keep accurate records
  • Carrying out reception and 'meet and greet' task, answering phone calls
  • Basic office admin tasks such as ordering stationary
  • Supporting the Practice Director and team in the development and delivery of new processes
  • Participating in ad hoc projects as required

Skills and experience required:
  • At least 6 months industry experience within an IFA practice or financial institution
  • Grade B or above in GCSE Maths and English
  • IT Literacy with experience using financial back-office systems
  • Good level of competence in written, oral and mathematical skills
