Spring Technology have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Management Specialist to work with a leading global digital design agency. The Talent Specialist will help optimise the utilisation of delivery teams, ensuring that the right talent are working on the right projects at the right time.The Talent Deployment team is key to keep the global practice teams evolving and growing. We are looking for an energetic and organised individual who is experienced in managing the simultaneous running of several projects by allocating talent smartly whilst keeping clear lines of communication with the stakeholders involved.The Talent Deployment team is part of the wider Global Talent Practice, which also consists of Talent Partners (external hiring) and Talent Experience teams.RESPONSIBILITIES - Accountable for the allocation of all global resources to fulfil each client project.Support and deliver end to end talent deployment solutions to the client facing business, ensuring projects are scheduled sensibly and efficiently.Support in the analysis of the pipeline and proactively engage with Client Engagement and Project & Programme Management teams to understand proposed project team models, ensuring skill set requirements are known and reporting on when they can be met.Support the Talent Deployment Lead and Talent Deployment team with workforce planning. You understand the business ecosystem, what skills are required to meet the latest demand and assess any skill set gaps to be obtained to meet the business objectives.Own and manage regular account meetings with the key stakeholders, including Client Engagement, Talent Partners and Project & Programme Management team to review live projects and pipeline of opportunities to proactively support optimised utilisation for all billable resource; recommend action required as a result. Understand and communicate key business developments which may affect upcoming performance.Support in headcount management and capacity planningSupport in monitoring and escalating resource availability and work proactively with Client Engagement and Project & Programme Management teams to ensure utilisation is maximised.Support New Business team with the people planning involved in new proposals and pitches.Work in partnership with the Talent Partners to inform of any required external talent for project mobilisation; working in line with agreed SLA and continue to update on any project progress that could impact their work priorities.Aligned to groups of skill function where you actively manage employee relationships to truly understand each employee's skill, capabilities, learning objectives to match relevant projects.Build strong relationships with talent to enhance the employee experience. Understand their skills and learning goals, work with your fellow Talent Deployment team to match then to appropriate projects in line with capabilities and capacity and gather feedback on performance to determine future project deployment.Look for opportunities to maximum utilisation with global resources.KEY SKILLS - Workforce Planning - skill gap planning and analysisSchedulingService, Account or Client Talent Management experienceKnowledge of enterprise level work management platform, ideally WorkFront, is essential.Experience within dynamic environmentsEmployee relationship management and engagementSpring acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
