A leading UK retailer is searching for a new Principal Econometrician to provide advanced econometrics and marketing effectiveness projects.

THE COMPANY

As a Principal Econometrician in this leading retail store, you will have the opportunity to work for a company that is already extremely popular and has extremely unique and exciting plans going forward.

THE ROLE

As a Principal Econometrician, you will be working in a varied role, looking to utilise your skills to offer vital insights to the company. You will play a very active role in the growth of this already giant company. Additional responsibilities will involve:

• Use a range of tools to code and query the database to obtain important insights
• Work on advanced analytics such as modelling and personalisation
• Have the opportunity to learn Python/R and develop more statistical modelling skills
• Work closely with C-Suite level stakeholders within the company
• Build marketing mix models
• Optimise marketing ROIs

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Principal Econometrician will have the following skills and experience:

• Commercial experience building econometrics models
• Strong communication skills including stakeholder engagement
• Experience working in customer insight and marketing functions.
• Excellent R/Python/Eviews experience
• Strong SQL skills

BENEFITS

As the successful Principal Econometrician in this retail giant, you will receive a salary of between £70,000 - £80,000.
