Finance Manager - Charity - SE London, Sydenham

A well established and growing charity based in South East London (Sydenham) are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their team. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a really worth while not for profit, doing some great work in the SE London area.

Managing a team of two, you will lead the finance department ensuring the finance policies and proccesses all work effectively and support the wider business. You will contribute towards and advance the purpose, values and success of the charity; working collaboratively with stakeholders and the wider leadership team.

The ideal candidate will be part or fully ACCA/CIMA qualified with previous supervisory experience. Your role will spa financial management, budgeting and reporting as well as payroll, quality assurance and policy. You will work to develop and streamlining financial management, controls and reporting proccesses, prepare the monthly finance review pack and management reports as well as being responsible for treasure management and banking functions.

This is a broad finance role; you will be required to be hands on and operational as well as making an impact on the wider business strategy.

The salary on offer for this role is up to £50,000 plus benefits.
