This firm has a reputation for their excellent levels of client care in delivering high quality legal services to their varied client base.On offer is the opportunity to work at this highly-ranked firm within Commercial Property in Legal 500, with long-standing roots in the Herts area. They are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic personality to join their department, and their tight-knit team. This role will involve managing your own caseload of all aspects of commercial property including a full spectrum of good quality complex commercial real estate work. You will have experience managing your own caseload, preferably from a small to mid size firm, and be able to work effectively as part of a fast-paced team.Professional must-haves:

• Qualified for upwards of 4 years within commercial property
• Experienced in acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant matters, portfolio management work, and development matters

Personable preferences:

• A good technical background & commercial awareness
• Energetic and natural enthusiasm to bring to the team
