Reed Accountancy & Finance are currently supporting or Medway based client who is looking for an Accounts Assistant on a 6 month contract to support their business during a staff long term sickness.

The ideal Accounts Assistant would need to be able to show the relevant experience obtained from a similar role with the below duties:

The Accounts Assistant duties:
  • Process high volumes of Purchase Ledger invoices
  • Investigate invoices and query any anomalies
  • Liaise with utility companies via phone to rectify query issues on invoices
  • Update and reconcile customer accounts
