Role Purpose:
  • To support the Head of Marketing to build and execute demand generation campaigns to meet lead generation and market awareness targets
  • To understand how to size a Serviceable Addressable Market (SAM) and build target market audiences
  • To adopt Group strategic direction and global best practices and implement locally
  • To work closely with local sales and sales support teams in a matrix environment, serving as an internal business partner for marketing communications and lead generation

Role Responsibilities:
  • To support Head of Marketing in the execution of all effective marketing campaigns and activities for product launches, programs and promotions, leveraging the optimal mix of marketing collateral, advertising, video, public relations, social media, email blasts, etc., to create awareness and demand
  • Devise B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers as well as generating brand awareness
  • Drive a consistent pipeline of inbound enquiries for Business Development
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns
  • Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns
  • Brief and oversee the work of our external design agency as well as internal team members, who will deliver much of the campaign activity
  • Work within a budget and report any overspend
  • Ensure that the Jungheinrich brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
  • Deliver regular reports to Head of Marketing and other stakeholders of campaign results, including analysis and evaluation of KPIs
  • To manage key milestones and deadlines to ensure campaigns are completed on time while maintaining accurate budget, expense tracking and forecasting.
  • To engage internal network and / or external suppliers as needed and ensure final deliverables meet local market needs.
  • Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns
  • Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary
  • Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
  • Management and execution of internal and external events, both in the UK and abroad

Role Requirements:
  • Highly creative, able to identify target audiences
  • Experience in devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Excellent communication skills - able to liaise with all stakeholders of all levels internal and external to the business
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Strong Project Management Skills and Interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate credibility, enthusiasm and initiative
  • Willing to put the extra work in to achieve all campaign requirements to time and to budget
  • Good copywriting skills, able to communicate clearly

Competencies Required:
  • Significant experience in a B2B marketing role, agency or client-side
  • Proficiency with CRM & Marketing Automation tools, including Marketo, SAP
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and marketing automation (e.g. Marketo)
  • Experience of managing creative agencies
  • Comfortable working in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong collaborative skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Able to travel occasionally to other JH sites in the UK or Germany
