You will have the opportunity to work with the Head of Web, CMO, Operations and Finance functions to support them in making informed business decisions and in developing effective business strategies. You are expected to bring experience of working with data analytics & visualization tools, in-depth understanding of digital analytics & marketing to deliver a measurable impact. Our multidimensional insights team is made up of highly talented individuals who are skilled in analysing large datasets to produce clear & actionable insights. They are happy to work as part of a team to provide hands on analysis & recommendations to senior management and the board. Key Responsibilities: -Build and develop partnerships with stakeholders in the marketing & web teams to understand their business challenges and provide them analytical support to drive data-led decision making. -Monitor and evolve the media & digital KPI framework that drives omni-channel business performance. -Develop & manage a roadmap that accommodates a baseline of regular performance reporting alongside the deep-dive analysis on strategic business questions. -Assist in managing the partnership with external agencies, linking business questions to research capabilities and delivering -Work alongside operational media teams to provide accurate & timely performance analytics and reporting across platforms & channels. -Identify habits of online customers and suggest ways to reach a broader audience; and at the same time understand efficient targeting of these audiences across multichannel media approach. -Create first class omni-channel reporting in Alteryx/Tableau platforms to drive improved understanding of customer behaviour across site as well as the omni channel experience. -Manage relationship with 3rd party digital agencies (Google analytics + others) to support business goals. -Develop reports to analyse the behaviour of different customer segments to allow the teams to create a targeted onsite experience and improve customer satisfaction. -Enhance the understanding of our customers across the business to help develop customer centric web & marketing strategies. Skills, Experience and Attributes Required: -Extensive experience in digital analytics, preferably with Google Analytics. -Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer profiling/segmentation. -Analytical mindset, ability to see through large datasets to drive clear & actionable insights. -Excellent communication & presentation skills to deliver key messages across multiple stakeholders. -Understanding of multi-channel marketing & media mix would be preferred. -Good understanding and experience of Google Analytics; usage of Tableau/Alteryx or Python would be an advantage. -Can-do attitude to take on challenges & embrace change.
