The companyI am working with a great company who are a world leading provided in their industry recruit for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their fast growing team!

The role

Reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager - You will be responsible for the following duties:

• Raising Invoices
• Allocate cash collected and apply to customer accounts in various software
• Review aged receivables and chase debt
• New customer account set up, credit check, credit limits set, closing of Productions
• Develop and maintain good relationships both internal and external clients, both verbal and via email
• Monthly accruals, payment information, aging reconciliations and reporting
• Other ad hoc duties

What you'll need to be successful

You will have a minimum of 2 year's experience working in an Accounts Receivable role involving detailed analytical work, as well as:

• Ability to prioritise tasks
• Strong analytical and IT skills particularly in MS Excel
• Great communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Self motivated
• Experience of RTPro and Acumatica - would be an advantage
