Role: Customer Service Desk Analyst
Salary: circa £27,000 (depending on experience)
My client has been established since 2005 and has been at the forefront of an ever changing telecommunications and IT industry. Over the last decade they have built up relationships with all the major UK mobile networks, national IT suppliers and global cloud service providers, allowing them access to cutting edge technology, solutions and the very best commercials. There is a clear career path and the chance to be trained and developed.
You will also be involved in the process of onboarding customers, helping them move from old suppliers to our existing customer base. You will welcome them by making early touchpoints during the transition process, this may include retaining the customer and chasing up any outstanding debt.
Whatever your background, it is paramount to us that you are passionate about great customer service. We can teach you the rest. We want great people that can engage effectively over the phone and are able to deliver value to the customer. A good problem solver, you will have the skills to quickly learn our online tools and use the information around you to identify solutions for our customers. You will make it your mission to understand customer needs and exceed their expectations. Any IT or Voip telephony support experience is preferable.
