More about the role

Build-a-Future is an independent special school in Lincolnshire who are focused on providing a safe learning environment that benefits all learns with the skills for their future. We work with 13 to 16 year olds with Social Emotional and Mental Health, Autism Spectrum Disorder and Metachromatic Leukodystrophy Disorder.

You will be monitoring and supporting the overall progress and development of the students, while facilitating and encouraging a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.

What do you need?

We are looking for someone who has a minimum of a years' experience teaching children with S.E.B.D as well as having effective communication skills and the ability to develop professional relationship boundaries with children and parent/carers.
