Since the early 2000's, our client has specialised in the Jewellery industry, placing huge importance on resourcing ethics, and making quality products affordable! With a rich history of growth and exciting new future plans for expansion, they are now looking for a Junior Support and Testing Technician. If you have experience of customer service, and ICT based subjects at A-level / BTECT level, this role is perfect for you! The team have a fantastic track record of career progression, and champion their employees to be successful and progress within the team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Junior Support and Testing Technician, you will receive all the training you need to be successful. Day to day responsibilities include handling tickets that come into the support team, by passing them on to the relevant team members, logging software issues and simply fixing them yourself! If you have T-SQL experience- even better! No day will be the same as your handle each query as it comes, helping our clients highly successful e-commerce site to run smoothly. This role is currently remote, however may move fully in office in the future, to join their teams based in Redditch.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE
  • Familiarity with Windows PC and Microsoft Office
  • Customer Service Experience
  • A desire to start a career in support
  • Organised with great verbal and written communication skills

IT'S NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience with SQL
