Primary Teacher Required for Outstanding SEN Setting in Poole.

An outstanding primary setting in Poole are seeking a class teacher to join their team from September 2022. The school is a specialist SEN setting, catering for primary aged pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.

You will be teaching a class of around 5-6 pupils, with support from Teaching Assistants. Pupils are learning at National Curriculum level but will likely be working below age related expectations. The school has some flexibility as to which class this role is for, so are keen to hear from applicants with experience in EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

This is a full time position to start in September 2022, on a temp-to-perm basis. Pay is negotiable depending on experience and pay scale.

To be successful in this role you should:

have QTS in the UK. NQT's/ECT's are welcomed to apply
have experience with SEN and/or behaviour needs
have experience teaching Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 curriculum
have strong behaviour management
have a passion for providing opportunities for all children
The school has excellent routes for progression and has a very supportive Leadership team who support development of their staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
