We are helping one of our schools in Hull & East Riding in looking to appoint several staff for September 2022. There are several Teaching Assistant positions currently available, all of which will involve supporting students.
Starting in September, the Teaching Assistant will be required to work in mainstream classes, supporting students where required. This will be supporting in a range of subjects including Maths, English, PE, History and Geography across the age and ability range. The role will be predominantly classroom based providing general support, however there may be a need for limited 1:1 or small group sessions.
The school is accessible via the A63 and M62, with public transport links close by so easy commute to and from the school if you don't drive.
Would have a patient and caring nature
Excellent level of communication towards both students and teachers
Would have experience in a similar role or within a support/ care role
Would be somebody who is eager to make a difference in a child's academic progression and in turn, in their social progression.
