Meridian Recruitment are working with a well established company based just on the outskirts of Andover. We are looking for a Management Support Coordinator which is a brand new vacancy!

This position would suit someone with an Administration and/or Secretarial back ground. The main objective of this role is to support the Senior Leadership team. We are looking for someone who loves a varied role and doesn't shy away from lending a hand when needed.

What you will bring to the table
• Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to manage upwards
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to act with confidentiality
• Ability to deal with tight deadlines and perform under pressure
• Ability to understand financial data and negotiate contracts
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
• Goal-oriented, organised team player
• Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels

Monday to Friday 8:30-17:30
